It is very important for the proper position orientation and motion of shoulder that all muscles should function properly whereas scapular having key role in normal stability upper extremity Cervical spine. OBJECTIVE: The objective this research was to determine retractors strength female IT workers. MATERIAL & METHODS: This descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on females workers working at Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore. A sample 35 were selected using nonprobability convenience sampling. After signing an informed consent each subject assessed handheld dynamometer. By SPSS 22.0 we analyzed provided data which quantitative variables mean standard deviation used qualitative use frequency percentage. RESULTS: Rhomboids Major, Minor trapezius middle fibers 14.72 ± 2.91 lbs., 12.38 2.62 lbs 13.22 3.43 respectively. average dominating hand with a ranging between10 and17 from minimum maximum. non-dominant 7 maximum 14 lbs.
